This policy explains which personal data is processed when you play Estate Inc. on iPhone (“the app”) and when you visit estateinc.app (“the website”). In short: Estate Inc. needs no account, shows no ads and does not track you across apps or websites.
Who is responsible

Your game data
Your game progress, such as cash, properties, offices, levels and settings, is stored only on your iPhone. We do not run a server that receives it. Deleting the app deletes this data.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see your name or payment details. To validate and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID created by the app, your purchase history and receipts, and technical data such as device model, iOS version, app version, country and IP address. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking. RevenueCat processes it in the USA; its privacy policy describes the safeguards it uses for transfers from the EU.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as this is needed to deliver what you bought.
Analytics and crash reports
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple provides us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. You can change this at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
The website
When you visit estateinc.app, our hosting provider IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) processes your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type in server log files. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure, and the logs are kept only as long as needed for that.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
The website sets no cookies for visitors, uses no analytics and loads no fonts, scripts or videos from other companies. Links to the App Store and X are plain links: those services only receive data from you when you click them.
Service providers
Children
Estate Inc. is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and the app never asks for a name, email address or other contact details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Because the data described above is anonymous, we usually cannot match it to you without your help; just write to us and we will do what we can.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the app or the website changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
